How does the 'Sign me in automatically' work?
The 'Sign me in automatically' is optional, it saves your username and password on your computer and every time you access the page you will be automatically logged in.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please click on the 'Forgot your Password?' link of the front of the directory or on the sponsor login page. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your Contact Information. The email will contain a link which will redirect the user to the 'Manage Account' section, where the password can be updated.
How can I change my password?
After you are logged in, click on 'Account Settings' link, you will see the 'Current Password' field, type your current password in this field and your new password on the fields 'Password' and 'Retype Password', then hit the submit button.
Can I change my business profile level?

Am I required to have an account to add my business or other options to the site?
Yes. In order to add your business or events, marketplace articles you must have an account. The steps are simple and quick. You can also use your account in our mobile apps to bookmark your favorite places!
How can I sign up for an account?
To sign up as a sponsor go to the 'Advertise With Us' link at top menu, select an item and level and click in 'SIGN UP' button. Fill out all fields, write down your username and password for future reference, choose the best payment gateway for you and follow the steps to finish the process. To sign up as a visitor go to 'Sign up | Login' link at top menu, fill out all fields and click in 'Create Account'.
Why am I receiving an 'Account Locked' message?
If you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 5 times the account will lock for 1 hour. This is for security reasons.
How do i setup my email?
If you are a hosting client, you can use the steps below to configure your email client (e.g.: Outlook)(SMTP / POP3). Incoming e-mail - Plaintext authentication for POP3 and IMAP will is disabled. - Connections to the servers on ports 110 and 143 are not allowed for safety reasons. Outgoing e-mail E-mail clients are required to connect with SSL/TLS before being allowed to authenticate. As a result, please review your mail clients for the following settings, adjusting as required: Incoming Server: chi-node11.websitehostserver.net IMAP Port: 993 or POP3 Port: 995 Outgoing Server: chi-node11.websitehostserver.net SMTP Port: 465 SMTP Authentication = On SSL: Enabled NOTE: Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP. Don't forget you can always view your email through our webmail interface. Just type your domainname /webmail. Please note that it is not allowed to use the webmail interface to store mail longer then 90 day or as a cloud service.

How do i post photos (images) to my business profile on Social?
- Login to your profile dashboard and select the listing you want to edit. - Select if you want to edit your 'Cover Image' or your 'Photo Gallery' images. - Please make sure you don't already have the maximum number of 'Photo Gallery' images, otherwise you will have to swap or remove some. - The recommended dimensions for the 'Cover Image' are: 1920 x 480 px (JPG, GIF or PNG). Maximum file size 1.5 MB. Animated .gif isn't supported. - The recommended dimensions for the 'Photo Gallery' are: 1024px x 768px (JPG, GIF or PNG). Maximum file size 1.5 MB. Animated .gif isn't supported. - When uploading please wait for the images to be displayed and then click 'Save' before you exit. - If you visit your business profile page and you don't see the images. Please hit Ctrl+F5 to refresh your browser or clear your browser cache.
